Our client is looking for an exceptional EA, with strong emotional intelligence to provide this support with pragmatism, efficiency and discretion.
This is not hybrid – the nature of this hugely fulfilling role requires your presence 5 days a week in their beautiful office!
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Providing 1:1 support; both business and personal
- Acting as gatekeeper and first point of contact; interacting professionally and swiftly
- Reviewing and responding to correspondence, emails and calls
- Arranging meetings, appointments, agendas and calls
- Managing a rolling agenda – updated daily
- Arranging extensive business travel, often with late notice changes
- Making full arrangements for regular board meetings
- Reviewing, formatting and proofreading documentation for meetings
- Researching and creating itineraries for personal (including family) and business travel
- Researching and arranging private business events and annual staff party
- Managing art and car collections
- Dealing with insurance claims and policy renewals
- Compiling financial documentation for annual tax return
- Household management; liaising with housekeepers and managing household paperwork
- Running errands including selecting gifts and personal shopping
- Liaising with private members’ clubs
The skills you need to bring:
- Previous EA experience supporting at executive level
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Ability to assess situations and prioritise
- Discreet and able to handle confidential information
- Numeracy with a meticulous eye for detail
- Ability to build relationships with people at all levels
- Dedicated approach with strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a busy, high-pressure environment
- Advanced MS Office
- Ability to work in-office 5 days a week
