Do you have 3 – 12 months Front of House and Reception experience in a corporate/concierge environment?

Do you have some office experience, take pride in your work and enjoy providing the best possible service?

A prestigious, global firm is looking for a confident, proactive individual to join them as a Receptionist in their Front of House team.

You’ll provide a seamless and professional service to all internal and external clients.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors, providing outstanding customer service at all times
  • Liaising with building reception for security passes
  • Monitoring the switchboard and screening calls
  • Ensuring that reception and meeting rooms are maintained to the highest standard
  • Keeping meeting room booking system updated
  • Arranging taxi services
  • Maintaining inventory and stock supplies for meeting rooms
  • Supporting Team Assistants with other admin tasks as required
  • Shifts: 8am – 5pm and 9am – 6pm

The skills you need to bring:

  • Minimum 3 months Front of House experience in a Corporate environment
  • Confident and proactive approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proven experience of problem-solving on the spot
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Professional appearance at all times
