For me, a typical day at Aldrich & Co involves checking through ad responses, communicating with all consultants, running candidate searches, working closely with the team to ensure we find and place the best candidates.

Before Aldrich & Co, I ran my own healthcare business for twelve years and still do on some days. Prior to that I worked as Head of Operations for a private equity firm in London, a position I was promoted to after working as EA to the Managing Partner for several years. I completed a journalism degree in South Africa.

The thing I love most about my job is finding the right candidate for the right role. I love seeing the sort of talent that is out there.

In a CV, I’m looking for a concise, easy-to-read document in which I can clearly see the types of experience a candidate has.

When I’m not at my desk, you’ll find me hiking, cold water swimming, discovering beautiful new places with my daughter, and walking my dogs.
