A West End based Private Equity firm, going through an exciting period of growth and continued success, is now looking for a resourceful EA to support a dynamic MD and small Deal team.

You’ll be fully immersed from day one and will become pivotal in their continued success

What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Extensive diary management, working across an array of time zones
• Organizing client meetings/VCs
• Handling international travel arrangements, creating itineraries
• Coordinating client hospitality
• CRM tasks; processing expenses
• Building relationships with the portfolio companies and the internal/external EA network/team
• 3 days in office with 2 WFH days

The skills you need to bring:

• Previous Team EA/PA experience gained ideally in the Investment space
• Experience of working in a boutique or start-up advantageous
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Effective client-builder, strong interpersonal skills
• Advanced MS Outlook
