Our client is looking for a genuine team-player to coordinate their front of house and work closely with the Office Manager on administration, projects and events.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Acting as first point of contact and ambassador for the firm at all times
- Meeting and greeting clients and staff
- Front of house and meeting room management; refreshments, AV etc
- Assisting Office Manager and PA with event management
- Handling inbound and outbound post and couriers
- Organising office supplies
- Booking travel and diary management for Associates
- Booking taxis for staff and guests
- Ad-hoc administrative support to the Office Manager and wider team
The skills you need to bring:
- Previous corporate experience, ideally with administrative qualifications
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work flow
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong and confident communication skills
- Genuine desire to contribute to the running of a professional and dynamic office space
- Ability to work in-office every day
- Tech savvy with advanced MS Office skills
