What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

• Supporting MDs in busy role!
• Extensive diary management, frequently handling schedule conflicts
• Global travel arrangements, planning detailed itineraries
• Regular client liaison, coordinating client lunches and events
• Coordinating closing dinners and offsites
• Processing expenses
• Working in a close-knit collaborative team of EAs
• Can work from home 1 day

The skills you need to bring:

• Solid Team EA/PA experience, gained from Banking or corporate/blue-chip firm (Professional/Financial Services)
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Team player and a sense of humour
• Positive self-starter
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
